Not satisfied with your product? You can return your product within 14 days after first receiving it. You can find more information about our return policy and the return procedure on vicson.nl in the returns section.
If there is any (technical) issue with the product after the initial 14 days, you can contact customer service. For example, in case the product is broken, you can choose to have it repaired. We offer a minimum of 2 years guarantee on manufacturing faults.
Repairs within the guarantee period and terms are completely free of charge. If your faulty product meets the terms set for guarantee repairs we advise you to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Within 2 working days you will receive a reply on your mail containing a return procedure. It is not possible to have products repaired that were purchased elsewhere.
Not all repairs are included in guarantee terms. Note that any issues or damage in any of the following instances is not included in your guarantee:
- Faults or damage that originate from own use such as: damage from falling, pressure, bumping, moisture or water are not included in your guarantee.
- Liability is limited to the costs of repairing and/or replacement of the product.
- The guarantee is no longer applicable when the product has been opened, altered in any way shape or form, or physical damage to the product has occurred during any other use than the product is intended for.
If you still want to make use of our repair service without guarantee applying, costs will be incurred. The experts in our repairs department will make an individually applicable repair offer based on your specific situation. The repair process is not started until you accepted the offer or have given your consent.
